Utah Hogle Zoo, Hill Air Force Museum, & Wedding

While we were in Utah, we got to stay with my cousin.  We went to the zoo with Sara and her kids.  By the picture below, it looks like we're having more fun than Ty did and that's probably accurate.  We hadn't been to a zoo in a long time and it was really cool to see all these animals!  We got to see a really awesome bird show too where they flew right over our heads.

This was at the very end and Ty was tuckered out by then.

This little monkey was just totally relaxed straddling a branch.

It was lunch time for this gorilla and he wasn't very happy when he saw a big black guy as one of the spectators.

We went to the Hill Air Force Base Museum.

This was the first purple heart I've seen in person.
...And my camera died or I would have more pictures...but we went to Temple Square after this where we toured a few things we haven't seen before including the Beehive House, the top of the Conference Center, Assembly Hall, Tabernacle, and both visitor's centers.

My other cousin got married in the Mt Timpanogos Temple on Friday.  Very beautiful sealing and the luncheon was delicious!  Congrats Mecaela & Lachoneus!  We're happy for you too!  Married life is the best!

Thank you Sara & Dan and Jay & Heather for your generosity & hospitality!
We had a very memorable week vacationing in Utah!!!
