The Birthday Celebration Continues...

Since Troy got called to be the college ward clerk about a year ago, we've gotten to know all the men that he serves with pretty well. They all have their own unique personalities and talents. They each have had a life full of experiences that we respect when they give us great advice to use as a young married couple. After work, we went over to Steve's home where Troy met his match in ping pong! (I have to say this because Troy would beat me all the time when we'd play at Troy's parent's old house.) It was nice to finally meet someone that can give him some good competition. We really enjoyed our visit with them, and felt really welcomed into their home!

Later that evening, Troy's mom, Annette, came over to celebrate Troy's birthday with us since we weren't in town for it yesterday. I made a tennis cake with tennis ball cupcakes that turned out to be pretty yummy! Troy told me on our walk later that evening that he really did have a wonderful birthday! Good thing! He deserves every bit of it :)

Do you notice a few cupcakes missing? Hmm, wonder who that could be ;)
