4th of July!

Happy 4th of July! What a wonderful week it has been! Busy busy busy! We went to Utah on Sunday for my cousin's baby blessing. Little baby Joshua is such a precious little guy! His papa gave him a wonderful blessing and we were so happy to get to see the family.

On Wednesday, we went to Idaho Falls for the celebration and mini-reunion. We had a wonderful time visiting, eating some delicious food, and watching the fireworks on the bank of the river. One of our favorite things was watching all the kids play games in the backyard right before we had to leave. It makes me wish Ty was a little bigger so he could have enjoyed all the fun too, but for now, Troy and I had a blast watching the kids and participating in the girls vs boys games.

My cousin took family pictures of us and then we attemped to get pictures of just Ty.  He was more interested in how the grass felt on his legs than smiling for the picture.  I think it's the second time we've let him sit in the grass.  Kinda funny.  He's trying his hardest to figure this all out.

I was pretty nervous how Ty would react to the fireworks because he usually doesn't like loud noises but once they started they captivated his attention. He was intrigued at those pretty lights in the sky.
